Vests are a new form of wearable technology that transmit sound to the body in the form of vibration. They convey low-frequency sounds (1Hz – 250Hz), making them particularly effective for rhythm, drums, bass, and certain “sound atmospheres,” but much less suitable for understanding lyrics or vocals.
They can be connected to an audio source (such as a mobile phone, laptop, or MP3 player—or, with the appropriate additional equipment we provide, even to a venue or theatre sound system) via Bluetooth or cable.
They feature a built-in battery that allows them to operate for approximately 8 hours, according to the manufacturer.
